Га́рриет Элизабет Би́чер-Сто́у (англ. Harriet Elizabeth Beecher Stowe; 14 июня 1811 года, Литчфилд, Коннектикут, США — 1 июля 1896 года, Хартфорд, Коннектикут, США) — американская писательница, аболиционистка, автор знаменитого романа «Хижина дяди Тома». Вместе со своей менее известной литературной и политической современницей, Гарриет Джейкобс, автором книги «Случаи из жизни рабыни», Бичер-Стоу и Джейкобс своими произведениями сформировали женское аболиционистское движение в США.
