A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to include in the calculation of Medicare+Choice payment rates under the Medicare program the costs attributable to medical services furnished to Medicare-eligible beneficiaries by medical facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense
